We are thrilled with our new propane fireplace insert! Bill explained exactly what we needed, and Cyndy helped me find the right style to enhance our decor. I used to run upstairs every night to pile on extra sweaters and socks before we watched a TV show. Now I point the remote at the fireplace, and WHOOSH! We have a beautiful glowing fire that warms the room- and me! I wish we'd have bought this years ago! Thank you Stove Shop for adding so much value- and comfort- to our home. My cold, dark, empty fireplace is now inviting, warm, and bright!
Awesome experience from my first visit to the store to today with installation. Stove shop was the only place I went to. I was educated and advised by Frank and installation was by Jerry. They were so great. I converted a wood burning fireplace to propane. Frank recommended a propane company and they were awesome as well. Jerry was neat and friendly and did a super job. He takes pride in his job and it shows. These people get high marks for sure.

He immediately resolved our problem, thus clearly explaining to me and my husband what had happened and how to alleviate it in the future. He reviewed with us the specific operating instructions on the remote until it was perfectly clear to us. He was quite patient and considerate.
