These guys are a hidden treasure in Phoenixville. They're skilled...'good at diagnosing issues others haven't been able to...and they're prices are good too.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS...ESPECIALLY TO YOUR WALLET. Where to begin....They offered to buy my car for a fraction of what is was worth. 2 errors codes came up. $53 for this info--they told me it would take hours to diagnosis. The dealership fixed the issue for $135! Not the thousands Clarks said it could cost. As for good prices...you should check the dealership (or really anywhere else) first. Maybe a $5-10 difference. My car had a rattle--guess who did not event suggest the $240 repair to fix it? Clarks. I'm thinking they wanted to keep the rattle in the hopes of me selling them my car. NO SAVINGS in time or money!!!
Clarks Auto Repair is wonderful! They are professional and go above and beyond to service you and your car. I no longer live in the area but I still take my car there because the of the great service.
If you own a Honda or Acura, there's no need to go to your dealer for service ever again. I'm told they know these cars better than any dealer in the area. In addition to owning a Japanese car, we've always had late model German and American cars and my experience has always been positive. On several occasions they've gone above and beyond the call -- and I've heard much of the same positive feedback from neighbors and friends. Above all, they're good, hardworking people and tell it like it is.
