I went to the Phoenixville location back in 2015. I asked for a female doctor and told the group I was trying to conceive and it was difficult for me. The woman on the phone was very friendly. About 3 days after I made my appointment I received a call stating the doctor I chose had a family emergency and wouldn't be back to the office for several weeks. They assigned a male doctor to me which was a bit unnerving but it was only for a consultation so I was ok with that. Fast forward to the day of the appointment and the doctor finds out I haven't had my PAP yet so decides to give me one. It was uncomfortable but I figured in and out ok fine whatever. He scraped me so hard it hurt for days after. From there I explained our difficulties getting pregnant, he gave me Clomid and sent me on my way. I never got a call about my PAP results or anything. I failed to ovulate and called the office about two weeks later to ask when I'd be getting my ultrasound to see what was going on at which point a nurse told me "we don't do that here. If you need help trying to conceive, go to a specialist." So we never went back, we never got a call. Nothing. 2 years later my personal information gets compromised with a cyber breech. Thanks a lot.
Just an absolutely awful place. Constantly asking me the same basic medical questions when I call, even though they clearly have my medical records. They forget every single time to refill necessary meds for gestational diabetes CONSTANTLY, then act like I'm inconveniencing them to remind them to call in a refill of a prescription that keeps my baby safe. On top of this all, we just received a letter from them that they were hacked and my medical information AND social security number was compromised, violating my rights under HIPAA. Their billing practices are extremely shady as well. THey'll send a bill for a service, then send another bill a month later for that service plus NEW additional services, so you have to figure out yourself if you are making a duplicate payment or not. They probably rob a lot of customers blind this way because the customers sees both bills and pays both. Avoid this place at all costs; it would be run better by chimpanzees.
I have had a pleasant experience so far with this place as far as the technicians and doctors go, they all have been conversational, and answered any questions I had. I hope these terrible technicians that everyone else is talking about in the reviews no longer work here, because I would not feel like dealing with those kinds of attitudes. I have been here several times, and had different people each time, and did not run into this though. I would give this place a five, but the receptionist at the desk was not very friendly, every time I have been here she almost seemed bothered, and didn't even really try to fake a smile.
I had two pregnancies with these guys! Everyone there is wonderful very nice and answer any questions I had. When I had any issues they made sure they were on it! I have referred a couple people to them and would continue to refer people to them!
I am completely disgusted at how unprofessional this office is in handling patient questions and concerns. Every person I spoke with during my interaction was nothing short of disrespectful and lacked any kind of customer service or people skills. I will NEVER return to this facility for any medical needs nor will I be recommending their services to anyone else. If this is how the conduct business on a daily basis I'm surprised they have any patients left to treat.
